Little Reactions provides private paediatric allergy and immunology assessment in Mudgeeraba, Queensland. Consultant: Dr Elize O’Reilly, BMedSci, MBBS(Hons), MHL, FRACP — paediatric immunologist and allergist, general paediatrician. Patients aged 0–16 are accepted with a GP or specialist referral; referrals are triaged on receipt.

- IgE-mediated food allergy — diagnosis, risk stratification and management
- Suspected anaphylaxis — assessment and ASCIA action planning
- Early allergen introduction in high-risk infants
- Supervised food challenges for diagnosis and resolution testing
- Eczema with suspected food triggers
- Chronic urticaria and recurrent angioedema
- Allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis
- Recurrent, severe or unusual infections; suspected primary immunodeficiency
