How to refer
Referrals are accepted from general practitioners and specialists for patients aged 0–16. A current Medicare-compliant referral enables rebates for the family.
Secure messaging
Identifiers on request
Secure-messaging details are provided to referring practices on request while onboarding completes.
Phone
For urgent cases and pre-referral case discussion — clinician calls are returned within one business day.
Triage
Referrals are triaged on receipt. Routine cases are offered the next available appointment; clinically urgent cases are expedited. Families are contacted directly with appointment options.
Urgent referrals
Recent anaphylaxis, suspected immunodeficiency with active infection, or significant feeding restriction with faltering growth are triaged ahead of the routine queue. Mark the referral URGENT and phone the rooms to flag it.
After assessment
You will receive a letter after each consultation covering findings, test results with interpretation, the management plan, and explicit criteria for re-referral or escalation. Shared-care arrangements are welcomed.
