Who we are

Little Reactions is a private paediatric allergy and immunology clinic at 3/1 Bell Place, Mudgeeraba QLD 4213, operated by Dr Elize O’Reilly. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and, for health information, Queensland health-records requirements.

What this website collects

If you send an enquiry through this site we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, your child’s first name and age if you include them, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to arrange care. We don’t use it for marketing, and we never sell it.

Our website analytics are cookieless and anonymous — we can see that pages are visited, not who visited them. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Clinical records

Information you share as a patient of the clinic — histories, test results, correspondence — is held as part of your child’s clinical record, stored securely, and shared only with the health professionals involved in your child’s care (such as your referring GP) or where the law requires it.

How information is stored and protected

Website enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in secure, access-controlled systems. We keep information only as long as it is needed for care and as required by law, then dispose of it securely.

Your rights
